This is with refernce to the recent mails on Greeks Jyodish concepts.

 

The Kanchi Paramacharya had explaines the original greek culture itself is vedic

culture.

 

Example:

 

1.The name alexander - meaning " The Protector "

 

It is actually Al Iskandar.

 

The word skandar had become iskandar ( school peonounsed iskool)

Al is the semitic adkective for " The "

 

The Skandar is Alexander. ( The meaning of Skanda is also devasenabathi, the

protector)

 

2. It is agreed that Chat festival of Bihar is of greek origin came with

Chandragupta's greek wife.

 

The same festival is celebrated in Tamilnadu ( where muruga worship is

predominant) as Skanda Sashti. Though Karthik is called in Tamilnadu as Murugan,

Karthigeyan, Kumar this particular festival alone is called SKANDA sashti.

 

The veda religion is the root for all cultures.

 

Now even in Tamilnadu some great scholars are writing as Astrology started from

Babilon type of story. Tell lies 1000 times to make it true.
