The native should adopt the dictums of hindu scriptures, in spending their time post retirement in preparing for the next life......unfortunately, they are either obsessed with themselves or love of the family members or too weak to live as independent,...etc.. that they yearn for others support for the support rendered to others when things were good. The scriptures clearly mention to do your bit and NOT to expect fruits of such action. You have to realize to reality that children would not be returning because of their own survival & material reasons. Tell me in that situation, what astrology can help for the parents only waiting in time toward D-day ?? even if the dasha is excellent ?? The scripture further mention that it is the mental & physical attributes, apart from normal karma actions of the past, which determine you future i.e. next birth. Should there be any queries, let us discuss it out offline for I know this is highly infectious & endless debate, unless you approach it with a balanced mind & maturity. Sari, It's good to know that my Rahu is in its exalation in Gemini. I can't imagine being in worse trouble with a more troublesome Rahu! Using myself as a case study, I see that the effect this has is a non-stop, ever-curious, perhaps enlightened, but over-active mind. I have such a great need to learn, to discover and to communicate/share my thoughts. Even my dreams are " thinking dreams " . Many times, I continue to think about subjects that I currently focus on during the day. This can be physically draining, so I need to learn how to meditate to clear my mind, sort of a way to defrag my badly fragmented mental hard drive. But THAT has been a real challenge! It's so hard to get my mind to rest, Sari. Guest guest Posted October 19, 2009 Report Share Posted October 19, 2009 I have Raahu in the tenth in taurus aspected by Jupiter from the second.This Raahu is in the nakshatra of Mars(Mragshira).Mars is also placed in the second along with Jupiter and venus all in the sign virgo.I too got maligned in Raahu/Raahu.However there was no loss of wealth in Raahu dasha.On the contrary.i gained wealth in Raahu/Jupiter. As I described in my mail below, ENT problems, Marriage problem and mental Tesions in Business and so on. same as what Rahu gave mostly. I'm wearing Yellow Topaz from last 3 month, but I haven't seen any changes, so somebody suggested me to wear Gomed Black colour i middle finger, so I just want to kow if Black Gomed is OK or not..? or anything else I have to wear instead of Yellow Topaz. Mantras are by far the best medicine for all ills.
