There is some delay regarding student loan, this is making me nervous. DOB: 22nd November 1983 Time of birth: 8:04 am IST. Place of birth: Imphal, Manipur, India. May I know is there any way that I can become a citizen of the place where I will get my MBA degree, if not is there any remedies.
