The plant root of 'Brahma Yashti' can be used as a good substitute which comes free of cost. Only thing you need to recognise the plant. It is a shrub occuring during autumn and dries up in early summer. It is available throughout India....from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. Either the gemstone or the 'root' need 10 thousand recitation of Maha Mrityunjay Mantra to be most effective. You can do 1008 for 10 days or 108 for 100 days.
