problem with career:please give me an idea

Hi astrologers !

I am a 34 year old married person having 9 months old baby. I am highly

qualified working for a big company but not getting promotion for past 3 years.

I am well disciplined person but still my management overlooks my performance

could you please tell me whether i need to quit this company ? If i quit, what

kind of job/industry will give me stability and GROWTH. also please tell me

which god to worship to get promotion and stable career. Can i do business? will

it work for my horoscope? please reply.
