I usually avoid taking the online versions as serious or worthwhile references. Most often these do not even identify who the translator or editor is and some may simply be OCR-scanned 'jobs'! In that respect, based on my observation of the Jyotish Scene (or should I call it Stage?), I would say unequivocably that P.V.R. Narasimha Rao is one Grand Example to follow in how he has selflessly served Jyotish, continually, for as long as I have heard of him, known him or observed him. NNk donated all his works to sivanada ashram never sold a single book though printed 10k copies each time which went into various libraries accross india each need 3 copies so imagine if one has to sell 1st 10k r complimentory so the son did publish some fo them in 96-99 now has come up with his as he can't spend on publishing anymore, with little takes r santhanam met him in 84 to work on his version but NNK's translation like GC SHrma r far to our times than RS a dumb translation , but as it is pouplar and made the names, works more pouplar it is a great effort. prashant I use B V Raman's Ayanamsa only so Dasa, Vargas, Dates will differ from non Raman's.
