Need guidance -WHY COULDN'T YOU START A NEW THREAD?

posted in 2008.

In spite of several messages you still couldn't start your own thread?

Do not take this personal. As a professional working in managerial level, you

should have observed this before posting your message.

What does it tell you? & others?

Dear Prashant ji, and members

Could the might be grouping the messages according to similar headings

(subject).

The members might actually be starting new threads, but since the finds

the similarity in the subject, it might be group all those messages.

Unfortunate & misleading if it is so.

I just remembered this might actualy have happened in this case, in which

case,my appologies to the member (If the member had actually started a new

thread).

Hey Suresh,

I don't take anything personal in a virtual world , however sorry for any

confusion. I believe you have misunderstood my post, please understand that I

am not going to search for a post in 2008 and then respond under that topic. In

fact, I did " create a new post " but it seems that maybe automatically

grouping posts by subject line, so my post got linked to that older post from

2008, that had exactly the same subject. I did not even read that older post

before.

Anyways, my name is Avi, sphere center is just an alias.

I will repost my below query with a new subject line, hopefully this time it

will work accordingly.

Dear suresh ji

I dobt that is possible in the 1st place, as it requires analysing the subject

line indexing it and sorting it into the mail stream possible but not in free

mail programs a POP3 mail server can set such filters b y key words or metafiles

that contain such easy words and d it

but as of now most users r IT ppl inthe groups or have access to them but r not

using the required common sense to edit a subject line to suit their question

many just jump into someone esle thread or copy the same title, then they do at

least they can add their name or some diff word to seperate any two running

threads
