dear sir/madam

My Details:

Time of Birth:09:48AM

 

My Problem:

 

I have been working in this company for last 4 years till date.I am

not getting any increament since then.I am working hard but my boss is not

considering my hard work/ignores my works.I dont know how to impress him and ask

him to increase my salary and give me promotion.

 

This company is a nice company and had not been affected by

recession and company is running very well till now.Nobody have been lay off in

this company for reason of recession.

Pls advise me what is the reason that my boss is not

appreciating my work.I am praying and doing my sandhya vandhan, reciting vishnu

sahasranama and Maha sudharshna mantra.

 

pls advise any remedies/solutions that I can take, so that I can get up in my

Mr Rajan ,

Remedies are needed besides what was mentioned earlier to Moon with ketu and

jupiter in 10th from lagna.

exalted Sun in 10th in navamsa may give you recognition and might not get

monetary benifits as anaticiapted.

with varogttama lagna of moon,mars and saturn debilitated and 3rdlord mercury is

retrograde,As moon is dasa lord,expect better hings and incentives after x-mas

and New year.

Worship of Sun and female goddess in any form is good Prayers Velankanni will do

Dear Rajan,

 

Go back to your roots. You have sarpa devatha as diety in your family. Ask your

family members to do poojas there. They are in fact Abhisthadayee.

 

The temple related will have other dieties as well like durga parameshwary ,

shashta.

 

also offer naivedya / abhisheka at koodalmanikyam temple.

 

Offer a garland of lotus to bharathan temple in your name.

 

There are a few matters in your family to be checked (saturn in lagna along with

mars- debilated aspecting the Jupiter+Moon+Ketu combination and debilated mars

aspecting rahu in the dharma devatha sthana). Hence contact a local astrologer

and take a prashna.

 

If proper remedies are done you should get a promotion around march-may-2010.

Dear Manoj,
