She is having Indrachapan in the second of lagna (bhava chart), which gives deafness of ear. It is alo in the same star of Jupiter - Aakaash Tatwa that is responcible for hearing etc.  However, the symptoms relates to imbalance in the fluids in the duct that connects to the inner ear. This is also responcible for keeping the balance while walking etc. Any kind of swelling, blow etc to this area could trigger this. High bp may also another issue that may accompany this. She has Mars in the 7th of Lagna+Moon, which may indicate BP related issues. It may be indicative of minor surgery that may be required. Saturn in Taurus in the 2nd house of Kaala purusha could also mean swellings, pressure in the above said area. If the cause is as stated above, She will not be able to walk on a stright line for some distance. If it is not so, then there could be other issues you may have to look into. Her chart also indicates that the residence she lives has Vasthu dosha. 4th is having Sun, 7th is having Mars & 8th is having Saturn. This indicates Sootra cheda. This results in health related problems among the people who lives there. So it would be better if check the vasthu of the house by a good vasthu expert. Her lagna lord is placed in the 6th house (though exalted) and in satru navamsa of Leo. Leo is dry sign (aagneya). This is also the reason why suspected the drain / dryness of the fluids. since Jupiter is placed in own moolatrikona and is aspecting Mars, I feel medicines might be enough or even if surgery is required, it would not be very serious. Do take a second opinion also.
