In normal conditions no one dares to think about longivity unless there are glaring indications, which doesn't seem to the case here. However, who shall know the traps brahma had built in? Since you have used health - longivity in your sentence, is it so serious?. Then again if (suppose) it is serious then is the profession more important? Prone for viral diseases,Also aspect of saturn must be effecting her health in a long term way due to irritations in skin and painful nails etc apart from problems in the back and stiffness in the muscles of lower back and thigh. 2.her 7th lord saturn is in 12th with mercury in own sign and making her interested in acquistion of knowledge .some times this may be effecting her health due to tension head ache. The health issues though not serious currently but are recurrent and hence wanted to check on the same in more details. By longevity actually meant on the quantity and quality life span in general that the horoscope mentions as an outline. The phase post Jupiter change - would it help her over all? Since rahu is sitting in the 6th house transiting over the natal moon and the 8 th house lord in 12th currently being aspected by Saturn as well. Post Jupiter change the 12th house would be aspected by Jupiter as well. So in general would that help the significator 8th house planets in 12th? How are the next few years looking for her? I w'd give you a hint, when you are sinking in doubts on her longevity, pls check her nails and teeth, for a saittarius (dhanur) moon sign native, nails are the primary parameters for determination of longevity. her age should be in the scale of 68 - 75, you should provide some data to verify her lagna, as with the given timing I find Jup at 0.11 degrees in 10'th house, if this Jup is trully at 10'th house, no worries for her health. Mars - Jup conjunction in Aries (Mesha) is a booster to longevity as it bestows excellent immunity to native, excellent digeestion, sometimes people begins if aware of their in built capacity people takes liberty that's another case. Saturn though the karaka of longevity as well as 7'th and 8'th lord is gone to 12'th and in conjunction with 12'th lord, casting aspect on Moon, who is lagna lord and placed in 6'th house of disease, one may express concerns about longevity but there are factors promotional to longevity like Saturn's conjunction to Merc the 12'th lord in 12'th house ans Saturn is further Vargottam, So an undoubted medium longevity as said earlier there, no apparent reason for fear. She is vulnerable to infections, side effects of medicines, increase of toxic elements and allergy, this is what i understand at first sight and sometimes, can have scary dreams as well as thoughts, care should be taken.
