My fathers younger brother who is staying there has stopped everyday pooja performed to it as property partition has not done between my father and his brothers. My father is ready for partition but he wants to register a trust in the name of the deity and to deposit a good amount for the day to day expenses of the everyday pooja and the special poojas which are done annually. This is because he doesn't trust his brothers as they don't believe in god. (my father has no male offsprings.). The matter was moved to family court and the above condition suggested by my father was approved by the judiciary. Even then the things are not going smooth and so many obstructions are coming in the matter of land registration (official and financial) and other things.Due to this my parents are very much worried . Pls suggest whether my father will be able to renovate the ancestral home and restart the pooja .Pls suggest remedial measures for his good health and mental peace.
