Specially for Suresh Babuji,Mritunjay Tripathyji Rafalji) Can someone predicted when this person can come to america. He has Kaal Sar Dosha and running Rahu MahaDasha. Rahu in 4H will defenately deprive him from home land or in other words will take him to foreign land. But can someone actually predict that when can he come to America. He applied tourist Visa and rejected both times. Or will he come on based on Tourist Visa or Should he applied or any other visa type to get approved?or what will be the time period so that he won't get rejected and he will surely come to USA. I don't think he will get a working visa now. He might get one after 2012. whatever be the situation he will have to travel back to native land by 2014. Hope this helps you to plan ahead. I didn't understand one part and that is as you said he shall be able to go abroad only after oct 2010 and then you mentioned he might get one after 2012. would he be able to get visa in oct 2010 or until 2012? on what basis he should apply for VISA? Such as ...travel? working? fiance visa? please help me understanding this. Thank you so much for going thru his chart. for Business Visa...you ahve to have some capital in hand which he doesn't only way we thought if he can come on basis of Tourist Visa which was rejected two times. Now applying third time we want to make sure that everything is taken care of and what will be the best basis so he won't get rejected this time and this why his grand mother wants to know how soon he can come here...his grand mother is eldery sick lady...who is on oxigen 24 hours 7 days a week and wishes to his in grandson in america.as she lives here. what are the upayas, matras taht can help his come to USA As soon as possible. It is difficult to spell out about visa as you have asked. Tommorrow they bring green visa, blue one and red one. How can we distinguish ?. There is a limit for taxing the brain. At the most we only check if the persons travel is related to work or earn money, which I am not able to at present. May be because of the such short trips that seem to happen or simply that my logic is wrong.    from your subsequent message, I feel, I was more of less right. Why do think I wrote " whatever be the situation " ? It might be that you are trying to mix the real reason / priorities for traveling.  Once he goes there, he can try to extend or change it (I don't know the rules or formalities).
