Current sub period of exalted Mercury under the Maha dasa of Jupiter can give you a good job after second week of January onwards. Time is favorable to land the job till April end. Many astrologers had provided their views & advices. Can you state whether you have followed those remedial measures? If we look at the dasa, You started problems when Rerograde Jupiter dasa started and became accute in 2008 when Retrograde Saturn Anthara was running. You could not recover fully from this even when Exlated Mercury's anthara started. The Underling reason is Kalachakra dasa still is that of Meena - Kumbha where Saturn is occuping the natal chart along with Gulika and this period shall be over by Jul-2010 and it ends Meena rasis dasa fully and changes over to Mesha sign- chara rasi. So you can expect changes during this period, perhaps gain from new contacts or even new buisness.  Saturn + Gulika in Sahodara sthana indicates the demise of a family member and this is the time you should spend to do the death rites etc - may from fathers side as well. Saturn's transit through the janma rasi is for realising oneself from all such rina bandanas also. since it is in a friendly sign, it is not as bad as you think it is. Guest guest Posted December 23, 2009 Report Share Posted December 23, 2009 Dear Sir Sureshji Your views are perfect, I have been out of work for most of the times from 2008 onwards, there were some work but were of short duration compared to before 2008, also as you said I lost my mother on 7th september 2009 after a very very brief illness of two weeks, she was 74 years age. And it is correct I did spend time on her last rites. I have understood that my situation will change for better after July 2010, until then do you suggest any remedial measures? I do visit the Shiva temple everyday without fail and offer water,milk and flowers to the Shiva linga, and this I have been doing from year 2001. My mental state did improve after September 2009, and my health is not too bad, although I have developed cough in my chest, I do keep strict discipline in my food habits and eat on time. I wear a 'Yellow Saphire (Pokhraj)' on my index finger and Red Coral on my third, please advise further, I await your reply with respect. As for Gem stones you had mentioned, think back and see whether there was any positive difference after wearing them. Particularly Red Coral. Red Coral represent Mars. It is your 12th & 5th lord from lagna & 3rd and 8th from Chandra Lagna - a stark malefic. I fail to understand how it is going to help you. To me Mars represent Vyaya (losses) & Arishta (difficulties). So by wearing it you are incresing the power of these houses. As per my understanding of Classics, one should offer gems representing such planets as dana & not wear them. Jupiter & Pushyarag may give some good effects. But don't blindly believe such things. See for yourself with a practical approach and do what you think is best for you. As for relegious remedies, what you for the grace of Lord Shiva is excellent. But Venus being in the 9th of Lagna with Navamsa in own Vrishabha Rasi, recite Ganesha Ashttothara, Ganesha atharvashirsha etc and also Mahalakshmi Stotra. Infact Jupiter is retrograde in the sign of venus (6th house) - As if Vishnu has turned his face away from Mahalakshmi. Fact is Venus though in the bhagya sthana is in Satru rasi - not a happy place for her. Wherever, these two are happy, there are bound to be problems - family, finance etc. So try to bring these two in your life and you shall see a better future.
