Sir, I am in my last few days of my current job (31st Dec'09 last day) getting retrenched due to the economic conditions prevailing in Dubai. There has been severe turmoil in my career since mid of 2007 which has been affecting my mental state as well as family financial requirements. I was offered a job (as GM) in my friend's company(in Dubai) on May'08 and accepted it due to financial needs. First few months were ok but as the time proceeded I was not able to bear it, so many thing were happening against my ethics which made me uncomfortable. While joining both of us agreed that when either one of us feel uncomfortable, we part. But when I had informed him about my uneasiness in July'09 and would like to leave, he said to hang on for few more months as he was also medically not well. On his recovery, I discussed the issue in Nov end so that I can be relieved by Dec'09 which was accepted. Subsequently, during Oct'09, I had given a proposal to a good stable organisation where I was called for interview in the first week of Nov'09 and it went off well. In Dec'09, I had a second round of interview with them with all the higher authorities and was mutually favourable. After that there is a silence from their side but through reliable sources I hear that the decision will be done after the new year. Sir, I am a straight forward person with reasonable educational background (BE mechanical with MBA marketing with 2 decades of experience) and have gratitude for the help done by my friend during these last 18 months. But unfortunately, the business practices followed by him (one man show - proprietorship company), I am unable to abide by it as I could not justify my conscience. I put forward my birth details for your kind advise and any remedies to be done. How does these two become inimical in your case?. by far we can say that mars being in the 12th in Stree rasi & 8th of moon looses some of its strength (also combust by 50%) to deliver whatever it is supposed to give as lagna lord - meaning you will not get its full benefit. But does it come into picture? Not directly. You are running Rahu dasa aspected by Mars, Saturn anthara both in the Nakshtra of Rahu. and currently running Mercury anthara. Both Rahu & Mercury are related - Mercury is the dispositor of Rahu - 3rd lord and Gulika Navamsa lord as well & debilated in the 12th. it is also the 6th lord from Lagna. This inherent weakness of Rahu caused by the mercury and slightly agravated by Mars (lagna & 8th lord) is the cause of all problems in your life. If you look closely - Gulika is in the Kutumbha / dhana sthana and venus being its dispositor is in lagna. Why would one man need to say another man's past when the latter already knows about it. It is the future he is interested in. But still analysing past is necessary beacuse if we base our prediction on faulty data, we wouldnt arrive at the future with any reasonable level of accuracy. I am still a student of astrology learning my ropes and not at a level at which i can have my own method of analying past events, as you asked me to share with the group. Hence, i follow what the astrological community generally follows. Based upon the dasa sequence of the past i arrive at certain events that could have happened in the past. Hetherto i was using vimshotari dasa sequence. But with this we cannot get a very close verification. Now i have started relying on kalachakra dasa system which gives a more accurate result. However, whether i use vimshotari or kcd, verification is based on certain events in the persons past life such as birth of his younger siblings, children, marriage, deaths in family, dates of getting or łosing job etc. What amuses me is here i see a system based on condition of building, roads, garbage bins etc to verify the accuracy and legitimacy of the data. I am curious to know if there is any truth in it. Kindly guide me. Some times v r couple of members instead of going to chat mode v just share some time as instatnt repartee.Might be my answers/replies to onf of my firend and a scholar in group.These r not to make things dilute nor v overJR issues. Why would one man need to say another man's past when the latter already knows about it. It is the future he is interested in. But still analysing past is necessary beacuse if we base our prediction on faulty data, we wouldnt arrive at the future with any reasonable level of accuracy. I am still a student of astrology learning my ropes and not at a level at which i can have my own method of analying past events, as you asked me to share with the group. Hence, i follow what the astrological community generally follows. Based upon the dasa sequence of the past i arrive at certain events that could have happened in the past. Hetherto i was using vimshotari dasa sequence. But with this we cannot get a very close verification. Now i have started relying on kalachakra dasa system which gives a more accurate result. However, whether i use vimshotari or kcd, verification is based on certain events in the persons past life such as birth of his younger siblings, children, marriage, deaths in family, dates of getting or łosing job etc. What amuses me is here i see a system based on condition of building, roads, garbage bins etc to verify the accuracy and legitimacy of the data. I am curious to know if there is any truth in it. Kindly guide me. Sir, I am in my last few days of my current job (31st Dec'09 last day) getting retrenched due to the economic conditions prevailing in Dubai. There has been severe turmoil in my career since mid of 2007 which has been affecting my mental state as well as family financial requirements. I was offered a job (as GM) in my friend's company(in Dubai) on May'08 and accepted it due to financial needs. First few months were ok but as the time proceeded I was not able to bear it, so many thing were happening against my ethics which made me uncomfortable. While joining both of us agreed that when either one of us feel uncomfortable, we part. But when I had informed him about my uneasiness in July'09 and would like to leave, he said to hang on for few more months as he was also medically not well. On his recovery, I discussed the issue in Nov end so that I can be relieved by Dec'09 which was accepted. Subsequently, during Oct'09, I had given a proposal to a good stable organisation where I was called for interview in the first week of Nov'09 and it went off well. In Dec'09, I had a second round of interview with them with all the higher authorities and was mutually favourable. After that there is a silence from their side but through reliable sources I hear that the decision will be done after the new year. Sir, I am a straight forward person with reasonable educational background (BE mechanical with MBA marketing with 2 decades of experience) and have gratitude for the help done by my friend during these last 18 months. But unfortunately, the business practices followed by him (one man show - proprietorship company), I am unable to abide by it as I could not justify my conscience. I put forward my birth details for your kind advise and any remedies to be done. Sir, I was suggested to use gem stones like Red Coral & Yellow sapphire but don't know whether these will help my Mars & Jupiter as per the birth chart.
