No woman should ever begin to feel so dependent on their husband that life ends

with him and SUICIDE remains the only option -- particularly when she decides to

kill herself! Just realize that TODAY, it is an OPTION, but not too many years

ago, it was a SOCIALLY-IMPOSED decree! And even those MAs who escaped the

burning PYRE, their individual lives were made so insipit and so BLANK that

perhaps socially-imposed death would have been a welcome relief for them!

And even those MAs who escaped the

burning PYRE, their individual lives were made so insipit and so BLANK that

perhaps socially-imposed death would have been a welcome relief for them!

on a serious note, why not amend your ways Rohiniranjan. I thought Jyotisha

makes people very humble and good jyotisha understand people's sufferings.

However, you claim to be " dedicated to jyotisha " , and you still do whatever you

are doing (I am at loss of words in explaining your conduct). Or is it because

you yourself had a very good life, good career (if that professorial job you

find it very good and cost and cashy), you think you have all the right to

ridicule people ! Karmas fella karmas...will come back to haunt you one day;

perhaps not in this life, but definitely in the next one...rohiniranjan you know

better than me...don't you????

However, you claim to be " dedicated to jyotisha " , and you still do whatever you

are doing (I am at loss of words in explaining your conduct). Or is it because

you yourself had a very good life, good career (if that professorial job you

find it very good and cost and cashy), you think you have all the right to

perhaps not in this life, but definitely in the next one...rohiniranjan you know

whatever you are doing (I am at loss of words in explaining your conduct). Or is

many years ago, it was a SOCIALLY-IMPOSED decree! And even those MAs who escaped

the burning PYRE, their individual lives were made so insipit and so BLANK that

perhaps socially-imposed death would have been a welcome relief for them!

of her body, so she doesn't get taken as a slave to another man.

for a woman, or avoidance of widowhood -- a big fear in ancient days when Man

used to be the sole wage-earner and society's sadistic glare fell on the

innocent woman and some of those were even burned alive in ancient times --

often enough and even queens -- to show up in Around the world in 80 days!

Girish Karnad and Ayesha Takiya and Gul Panagh were very convincing in that

movie based against the Rajasthani backdrop, more recently!

Heck no! It is the house of longevity and so is the 8th from it -- The Third! It

is the houses in the loss or 12th from those that kill and are marakas -- 2nd

and 7th :-)

You're a bit too predictable - the use of the " M " word (and I don't mean

" Manoj " , which isn't your real name, as most of us know!) - and the " F " word

- following your usual pattern

....now it was a little silly using those 2 words, as you've spoilt enough lists

using them, wasn't it??

Interesting how you suddenly came - and left the instant I hinted WHO you

were to the list - but I'm sure you'll be " gracing " us with your presence

with yet another alias in the near future

- but a tip! Don't use the M and F words in your next " list incarnation " -

the limited language leads right back to...you!
