Guest guest
Let us say for each MA SATI a million widows climbed on the pyre ALIVE and neither they nor their husbands returned! And this is where the visualization gets really GORY and I hope all kids are asleep! VISUALIZE witnessing a live woman WRITHING in HELPLESS AGONY as the funeral flames consume her, right in front of your eyes! A hanging may take a minute or two before the body dies after a convulsion or two, a drowning victim may writhe helplessly for a few minutes before the brain dies and body goes limp! HOW long do you think it would take a FIRE to kill a living PERSON? Assuming that they are lucky to have died from the fire and not survived with 3rd degree burns and lived to MOAN! SWEET DREAMS!! It is the house of Mangalya for a woman, or avoidance of widowhood -- a big fear in ancient days when Man used to be the sole wage-earner and society's sadistic glare fell on the innocent woman and some of those were even burned alive in ancient times -- often enough and even queens -- to show up in Around the world in 80 days! Girish Karnad and Ayesha Takiya and Gul Panagh were very convincing in that movie based against the Rajasthani backdrop, more recently! > > > > > > 8th also has been misrepresented as the house of death! Heck no! It is the house of longevity and so is the 8th from it -- The Third! It is the houses in the loss or 12th from those that kill and are marakas -- 2nd and 7th :-) > > > > > > Saturn the BAD BOY, the AYUSHKARAKA in the 8th gives a long life (if other Gotees match up in the chart!) and is an example of the KBN principle that many worshipped for long time, and many still do! They were looking at the wrong KARAKATTWA, perhaps!! > > > > > > Now DIG DEEPER!
