Guest guest
The Chandra Kavacham should be read every Monday by people in whose horoscope, the Moon is not in a good position or the present position of Moon causes problems. Moon represents mind, emotions, satisfaction, smell, fluids and silver among other things. He is the father of Budh Graha, the mother being Tara. He is also married to Rohini, Anuradha and Bharani, who are the 27 Nakshatras and daughters of Daksha. Chandra Kavacham : " Samam, chathurbhujam vande, keyura makutojjwalam, Vasudevasya nayanam, Shankarasya cha bhooshanam " Meaning : I salute the four armed Moon god who is calm, Who shines in a gem studded great crown, Who is the eye of Lord Vishnu, And the ornament of Lord Shiva. Guest guest
Dear Hindu Ji, It has been said that " MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL " , and popularly believed by many also!! But, in reality it looks like it is our MIND(karaka moon)that could possibly be the root of all evils..Now just think for a moment it is due our excessive, endless DESIRES(all stemming for our MIND)that brings misery, and eventually turns evil when we don't get what we deeply DESIRE in life don't you think, SIR? So do you still think we should get Chandra Kavacham? Guest guest
Dear Friend, Every Planet has :Adhi Devata. In the case of Moon it is Varuna Devata.Any worship made to Varun will be to worship Moon.Varuna is a dikpalaka.Always worship comes with invoking dikpalakaa to worship navagraha.moon is one of the Navagrahas Mantra isa recitation and is carried with deeksha and under guidance of Guru. Then these worships give desired results.  Considering moon is debilitated, afflicted or not well placed, resorting to worships to the seven planets is not advised in the regular course of daily worship. we do nitya pooja/worship to our Ishta daivatas and light a lamp in ghee in our pooja room/place of worship. As part of that it is suggested to worship,Shri Shiva ji and and pray to God as per our other traditions. If these regular worships/poojas at home could not be performed, other remedial measures with some advice of learned persons/local priests with guidnace need to be made. Invoking the God and sankalpa are part of the worship and these are to be followed Navagarha stotras/kavacham and ashtottras are not for regular kind of worships and recitations. //should be read every Monday by people in whose horoscope, the Moon is not in a good position or the present position of Moon causes problems//. Our regular prayers as per tithi, vara and nakshtras are good enough.Invoking beeja akhara and worship navagrahas are better done in a manner as per sastras and also ending by shanti mantras.where as nitya pooja /worship of Ishta devatas are done as per family traditions and customs.Normally a family head or Mother does pooja in all mot all customs. Vattem Krishnan Cyber Jyotish Services(For all counseling services)Dr.B.V.Raman " Fools Obey Planets While  Wisemen Can Control Them " Planets are neutral Controllers of Mans Karma --- On Sun, 1/31/10, HinduDevotional <hindudevotionalpower wrote: HinduDevotional <hindudevotionalpower Chandra Kavacham Sloka Sunday, January 31, 2010, 11:13 PM  The Chandra Kavacham should be read every Monday by people in whose horoscope, the Moon is not in a good position or the present position of Moon causes problems. Guest guest
Dear All Gift,s of the Almighty are to make a normal soul that evolves through cells are meant for glorifying his birth and the purpose 0f him. For that the panchendriyas(v tame them so) willing to obey the man and his orders. Not only we would be humble to listen and also adore the great meaning in it,Also we say(through the gift of speech) and more see (through our eyes) and enjoy various creativities of the world.Man's wisdom is measured through his senses. If we adopt KAVACHA(by any means),that only indicates we have to be strong first (menatally and physically) and the effort made by father and mother to their wards.undoubtedly .Their efforts are very complex and difficult but intention is very plain to make us complete. It is we finally understand, misunderstand, confuse make ambiguous to finally end up in SOS/SMS/and in a bigger way chat and raise further to blog and block. These are the arts that we in this technology age have become more important..we listen,we see and we talk and we do not pause and try to analyse what all this and for what? Great of course the will of the humans and find the fault with ,Mann and manokaraka Moon.Let us see the brightest Moon and receive the cool and quiet smile and listen endlessly the Sounds of Music.
