You will be able to complete it only after 2014, though there is window of about 1 year between feb-2012 to jan-2013. So it depends on the kind of cource & duration also. As per Kalachakra dasa, Dasa of Mesha rasi has started, which is 6th house form Lagna & chandra lagna and also a chara rasi. It lord is debilated in the 9th (also lagna lord), but gets aspects from Jupiter, which is promising. But may require a lot of effort with different kind of obstacles - It is also deha Rasi. It is fortunate that this sign does not have any malefics planets occupying it, while Sun (10th) lord gets exalted navamsa. - may be this shall elevate your career during this period. so overall I feel Jupiter's aspect shall be helpfull in your endeavour. 4th house - Vidhya sthana has Ketu in Oja rasi (male sign) Vargottama.
