Now from prashan lagna(Cancer) it appears Mars aspect on 4th weak moon and depositor Venus in 7th with Sun in enemy sign indicates,the committee will look into economic factors and divert the whole issue. Mars as lord of 10H(Parliament) and 5H in lagna in debilitation and retrograde.Saturn,planet of democracy is retrograde.3rd from lagna.In navamsa in 8th in debilitation. It is not entirely correct to say the independance day chart cannot be used for analysis regarding that country / state etc, Though it is true that the country could have been in existance much before that. The independence day is an important day as far as that entity (consider native). We consider the Birth chart of native while we know that the birth chart should be the unknown adhana chart. Similarly we consider the Hora when the native walks in for consulation which we consider as Pricha time. What is the link between that time and his Birth time? - yet we are able to know a lot about the native without even having a look at his birth chart. What about people who do not have a birth chart? Independence day chart is only a Hora - a point of time as far as that country is considered. But since it is country (not an ordinary native) we have to work out the methods of Mundane Branch of Astrology as well.
