Here is the situation with my sister, she is trying to get a Divorce for last five years! but her husband is dragging the case and torching her and three kids....he said he will never give the divorce...I am sure you will judge many things from his birth chart. They have been married since 1992, for her it was love marriage and for him it just a fraud, for green card and money. She been tour chard by him and his family......I never got involved in her life even though I saw so many things which was just not right! but never said a word. Five years ago my mother asked me to get my sister a job...I took it very lightly...I said yea ok....I knew that my sister was having problem most of her married life. Then one day my sister called me and said someone charged her credit card for $15000 and she never even applied for it! I got worried and I checked all her credit and found out there were many credit card were taken out by her husband and charged, some of them charged and reported STOLEN! when she asked him he said none of her business, then him being a mind player, He said sorry that he was having hard time in business and lost money. It was his game plan! he made her sign documents on the house took a large lone against it and sent all the money to India to his parents and sister's account. She was always a housewife and knew nothing about his business. When they got married he didn't have a place to live or Job. Our parents gave him everything...believe it or not way much more then they ever gave me and I am their SON! This man has a very big ego problem.! He took so many bank loans under her name and now she is suffering. I am sorry I know its very long story I am going to leave at this point, this is just a tip of an ice berg. This is what I would like to know....1) how and when is it possible for them to be divorce. 2) does GOD really creates those types of DEVIL in human body ( Take a look at his birth chart you'll know ) who want to spend all the money on anything and everything, but for his children he is bankrupt! 3) he has done so many crimes and its amazing after giving so many proof to government....They just can't TOUCH him? ( I strongly belive that him and mother into some kind of black magic) here are the details... She can file a police report, inform all 3 major Credit Bureau's, and they should take care of it! It seems you sister is a fragile situation, and I can see you want to help her..Although, I am not in favor of spending a lifetime in complete misery, but have you thought of the consequence of divorce and how it will impact the kids...Has your sister sought marriage/family counseling as an alternative (not that it will change her husband's character/personality, unless he wants to change!)? I think it's good to be supportive of our family members and offer them guidance when they ask for it, but ultimately it is their choice on how they will go about it. Guest guest Posted February 6, 2010 Report Share Posted February 6, 2010 Lilly, you are not understanding the point here....Fraud is not just this 15K he has been reported to many agencies not to mention that he did so many bank frauds as well and federal government is looking in to his case, but somehow he gets away. He is criminal minded person, my sister tried to keep the marriage for 15 years, she only filed divorce in 2006 she was like a slave. her life was open book and his life full of secret. fyi in 2001 him and his parents overdosed her and she almost died we have police report and hospital report which we are using now with many other mental and physical torture. she was asked then as well from police that if you want your husband to be arrested and she said NO. And regarding kids they don't want to hear his name they want nothing to do with him because they saw how he treated their mother. He know that they can't be together but he just want to harass her and the kids. The bottom line, he never loved his family...He only married for Money and Green Card its a shame she literally picked him up from street he had no job no money and no place to live! and she gave him name, fame money and green and in return he want to put her in street! He is fully aware that he will lose as he lost everything else. He is just using the system to torture. He doesn't want to live together anyways. He just want to see her and kids in street! Your sister needs to gather all her strength to deal with this, so offer her all the support she needs! One thing I have noticed that women usually think that they have the power to change a man..Like a man sitting in jail saying he wants to be " good " ..It doesn't work that way! Life is way too practical, and rarely built around just hopes and wants! Although miracles can happen, occasionally. I wish the best for your sister and her family..Have trust, and faith in GOD.
