After passing diploma i have joined as service engineer & from last 15 years, i have worked for different companies as the same service engineer post without having any promotion. With the same qualification & experience my colleagues are now in senior post, but unfortunately i am in the same post, only having changes the company. Hence i request to u to give some remedy. When will my better time comes & i will get my choice of job. Should I continue with the Hardware line or should I change to another profession. Whether business is suitable for me please suggest & if suitable in which line. You are right when u say 10th lord is in 12th. This is obviously a problem. Mercury is quite strong in your chart - the connection with saturn in your chart was bound to give u some sort of industrial hardware job in IT. If anything i would recommend remedies to make the moon stronger as this aspects the 10th house directly and also do remedies for the sun as the moons depositor which is weak and lastly saturn- note he is also going through a moon-venus dasha and will start a moon-sun dasha soon. If u have pain in any part of ur body what will u do get rid of the cause of pain or just get relief from pain which is always temporary and may again recur back. Secondly I have only answered the question he had asked. By strenghtening the moon u cannot secure ur mind with rahu having its aspect on moon & ketu sitting along with it. Astrology says first look at the cause then the effect. Solve the cause & effect follows. Rahu & ketu where ever sits will always have malefic effects & here it is the mind which is affected. I believe forums were intended for the purpose of sharing knowledge, views and findings rather than as a means to dominate or protect ones arrogance. I am sure u will agree with me that moon has a very strong aspect on the 10th house. The moon is of 6 deg and ketu 27 - i do not see the moon being afflicted by rahu and ketu for that reason. Whatever affliction is there is extremely minor. You have stated that rahu and ketu wherever they sit will have malefic effects - this is not true as rahu can sometimes bring a person great materialistic possessions - the function of rahu is a question of controversy amongst many astrologers so it is hard to make a one sided strong opinion like yours. you have stated: 'Rahu & ketu where ever sits will always have malefic effects & here it is the mind which is affected ' Now, moon represents the mind and mother. U should do research on implementing the effects of efic planets & u should read the mails very carefully. I always keep doing research when I attend to my clients by knowing how much have they progressed. I feel u should do the same. By measuring the degrees we cannot come to conclusion. Each case is unique even though the horoscope will be of same amplitude On mail we cannot measure how good we are as the people whom we predict never come back to us for informing us how much have they progressed. Guest guest Posted November 30, 2007 Report Share Posted November 30, 2007 All respected List Members and respected nathanji + shri sorabhji Since we are discussing about Gr aha Daveta Rahu and ketu a.w.a.its effects - apart from personal experience - I have seen one another case whose birth details are as follows: Born 27 June 1927 Koln [ Cologne ] Germany time 14-33 i.e. ( 2:33 PM) this gentleman entered Ketu Maha Dasha on 27Th October 2006 Starting Period Ketu - Ketu - Ketu - Ketu On 4Th November 2006 - He had a small accident and went into Hospital underwent operation 3 times in order to rectify problem in the right hand but at the same time developed - problems with prostate glad - urine and other problems - Practically he goes to Hospital every 10/12 weeks with the problems of bladders - prostate and urine - B.P. since last years November 2006 - he is housebound and has to stay under the care of Nurse all the time as he starts to send out blood instead of URINE - in the Bag - which he has wear for the urine - luckily he manages to pass on toilet with the help of purgatives which he has to take every night Dr. has kept him on Blood thinning medicine as well as B.P. tablets plus quite a few other medicines he has to practically take all the tablets starting from Morning Breakfast and before/ after lunch and evening meals and furthermore before going to sleep , Do u see any chance for him to become Normal and when from the Astrological point ? The man you refer to is 80 yrs old and the (physical) problems you refer to (bladder, BP etc) are common in the elderly. I myself, although still only in my 60's have been taking BP medication, Beta blocker medication (for heart) etc, etc for several years now. Even those blessed with exceptional good health often succumb to these sort of problems when they approach old age - the body was not designed to last forever! ///Do u see any chance for him to become Normal and when from the Astrological point ?/// If by " Normal " you mean a return to his physical condition before the onset of old age and it's associated diseases, the answer has to be no. Seems to very strong headed and angry type. I don't think she has that many friends also.  The planetory positions also seems that she has some deep rooted fears that manifest externaly as revolting behaviour etc.  Try talking to her sweatly and she may give an ear. Any loud voice and she shall shut her mind and raise her own voice (Rahu's influence in the 2nd ?)  The afflictions in the chart is very strong and yet almost all the planets is associated with Kalatra & Magalya sthana (7 & 8th). This creates a lot of confussion also.
