At this moment this bone protrudes (appears to be protruding), his head was cut off at that exact moment and it was believed that it retaines the power of that attraction and is passed on to the possessor. It involves lot of other procedures also. Many of the traditional medicines (from China and other parts of the world, including India and south america etc) have been caught at the border which were laced with modern pharmaceuticals (antibiotics and inflammation reducing pain killers and steroids for instance) and claimed to be a thousand year old traditional remedy, or some of the traditional aphrodisiac products laced with the wonder drug Viagra or similar! The list continues! Unfortunately, most countries permit individuals to use mail-order to purchase these in small quantities and that simply passes under the radar! It is when larger than usual shipments are detected that the border-police starts 'sniffing' a rat! Deception is a human condition and potentially afflicts all things that human beings do! Hence your precautionary note is wise and timely! Sadly, the bad practices and absence of morals of many adversely affect a few who are serious and sincere!
