Now I am doing a software job in a small company. I want to work with a

good MNC and want to feel real corporate culture. So I am thinking

about to change my job to an MNC.

 

 

 

Please let me know when will this happen?

 

And what are all the things I need to do/prepare(any remidies)?

Hi Swaroop,

 

I think you may end up staying abroad. It may happen this year itself after May.

But stronger chances April of 2011.

 

Your plan of getting into Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, etc. is a good one. Do not

try through body-shopping companies. All the best and may your dreams come true!
