Guest guest Posted March 1, 2010 Report Share Posted March 1, 2010 respected all, my humble vandana to u all, my name is karthik raman. i am doing my 6th semester in bio medical engineering. it is also time for me to apply for foreign universities for a MS program. i tried it with USA, but i did not have enough funds as in the the bank told me the quantum of loan given will be RS.16 lakhs which is just not sufficient. then i was hunting for the same with germany. the german consulate at bangalore known as gecs helped me out with this and i am glad to know that rs 16 lakhs is more than just sufficient for MS study in germany.
