Guest guest
Krishnan_jee, Reach for your bottle of aspirin, your headache (me!) is back again! Not sure why, but reading and re-reading your typically very mystical postings (I am certain that you do it on purpose! :-)) leads to imageries! This one, for instance produced the following: Three very close friends (some would call TRIPLETS) who went out on a sojourn not so much to EXPLORE unknown territories but to CHART THEIR WATERS! They ended up on three rather sharp and very tall peaks, one person on each peak. They were close enough to see one another when the atmosphere was clear (pollution!) or when the clouds were either higher or lower than the peaks they were sitting on (sometimes the clouds were at the same level at which they were and visibility was affected at such times. Being triplets they were taught by the SAME FATHER AND MOTHER and were very closely connected as they grew up. Each ended up with a satchel of nourishment that they started out with together and laughed when they found out that they were carrying the other brother's satchel and readily exchanged their bags so that each could eat their specific food. It was not that they were finicky and had food fads, but had food allergies. Brother A could not eat brother D's food and brother R could not eat the food of A or D! From the separate peaks where they ended up the three suddenly realized that while they could see one another (on certain days), they could not TALK to or communicate with each other. And when they got hungry, they discovered to their chagrin that they do not have THEIR food bag, but what belonged to their brother! Imagine this: They can see one another, but they cannot communicate or simply toss the bag they are carrying towards the right brother! The distances are too great and they are getting hungrier (although food is there which they cannot eat!) and weaker! What must they do? Remembering that they are ordinary human beings, let us give them names: Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva. The last name (surname) that they shared was SMITH. Interestingly, the three believed in three different religions but only one of them practised the chosen religion, religiously! Ready, set GO! So sitting on his peak D eats and survives whereas A and R perishes providing darwin one more proof for his vague theories. hmm, i was kidding..am sure you have something else in mind and it would be interesting..lets see whats comes up. regards santhosh ________________________________ rohinicrystal <jyotish_vani Wed, 10 March, 2010 7:40:53 AM QUIZ-3 ...  Krishnan_jee, Reach for your bottle of aspirin, your headache (me!) is back again! Guest guest
" Smith " is a very common name where the kahani was born. 'John Smith' is a generic name for men and Jane Doe for women. When the police find a person without identity (dead or alive) these are the two names used until more details can be found. The names etc are of no importance in this instance. , Kulbir Bains <lalkitabkb wrote: > > Dear Santosh ji, The surname SMITH should ring some bells; after all Joseph > Smith is a conspicuous name. > Regards > Kulbir Bains. > > On Thu, Mar 11, 2010 at 4:03 PM, Santhosh Panicker <santhosh10wrote: > > > > > > > > > > > Flood wasnt just during the time of mosses, pralaya also took place during > > Matsyavatara of Shri Mahavishnu. > > > > everyone?? nah....not me unfortunately. > > > > tried but couldnt come up with an answer. i think you have left some clue > > in naming the brothers A R and D......... > > > > > > Santhosh > > > > > > > > ________________________________ > > rohinicrystal <jyotish_vani <jyotish_vani%40hotmail.com> > > > > > <%40> > > Wed, 10 March, 2010 11:31:02 PM > > Re: QUIZ-3 ... > > > > > > > > Thank God! Guest guest
Rightly or wrongly, the following thoughts were the drivers in this piece: = Religions themselves, as well as anything else that we treat as religion tend to be separative even when they have the potential to elevate (three peaks). Unless a flood (calamity) brings them together. = Even brothers (same surname) can have mutually exclusive needs (special food), strengths and weaknesses. = Despite the amount of love and affection towards other human beings (siblings) it is unwise to carry someone else's baggage = We should not lose sight of the bags of food that we were born with and keep them close to us because only we can benefit from them whereas they may prove to be worthless baggage for someone else (Jupiter is not good for everyone, saturn is not bad for everyone ...) Guest guest
Dear Tanvir, It was NOT! For the one who knew the ANSWER before posting, as is true for all such QUIZzes ;-) It is good that you and Prashant are encouraging EVERY MEMBER to post a Quiz. It will give all the confidence and also perhaps raise the level of respect in their understanding of what a practising astrologer goes through when facing COLD CASES! Guest guest
Dear Inder, I submitted this here at Kulbir's request. It is available in Puranas and texts like Jataka Krodam, Tatvaviveka and samhita granthas. That is why it took some time for me to send this. The current names had to be confirmed. Guest guest
Dear Kulbirji, You are a true seeker of astrological knowledge who also has " Vinay " despite of his knowledge and so shall you receive. The delay will be only on account of the present state of my indifferent health, though there is nothing to worry about as I am taking the prescribed medicines and so should be fine soon. Take care, Chandrashekhar - Kulbir Bains Wednesday, March 24, 2010 11:50 PM Re: QUIZ-3 ... Respected Chandrashekhar ji, Beggars can't be choosers. It is very kind of you. i shall wait impatiently.
