life? Please shower some light on this as well.

 

I am unable to get ANY kind of growth in my career. I am working with my father

in his steel business and want to set up my own establishment in another field.

But since past 4-5 years I have been constantly trying hard, still then I have

not yet got an opportunity to achieve the desired.

 

At this age also I can say, I have'nt built anything of my own. That makes me

frustrating and depressed at times. Will my wish to earn handsome money and more

importantly to become a respectable businessman, ever come true ?

 

Please help me with your knowledge and guide me.

 

I'll appreciate the flaws and shortcomings whatsoever.

What age ? 29? what is the age according to you, one should be absolutely self

reliant and have " built something for himself " .

 

Enthusiasm is very good, without which no one could gain anything in life. But

over expectations are equally harmful. This is what I sensed in your chart and

wrote about.

 

At present saturn is transiting through Kanya where Mars had navamsa in your

natal chart. Mars is the 8th lord from the 10th. This is a period you should be

careful as it can cause a lot of problems in your career. Jupiter shall move

over to Pisces in may which shall cancel some of the ill effects. Jupiter-Ketu

dasa is till jun-2010 after which Jupiter-Venus starts. This period should be of

mixed results. This period also shall give new opportunities.

 

Be sure of what your are doing and slowly work towards a higher goal.

 

Your chara atma karaka is Mercury with navamsa in Kanya (Exaltation sign). You

have very high expectations in life. No doubt about it and shall achieve some of

them. It is also an opportunistic planet. Hence look for new areas particuarly

in computers, electronics, communications (phones, internet) etc since Mars also

has navamsa in the same sign.

 

However, I doubt, you shall entirely distance yourself from your fathers

business since Saturn has navamsa in the 9th along with Sun. There shall be

misunderstandings between you & father in many issues and you shall have a
