Neelamji,Twins are born at the interval of few seconds with their distinct

destiny and you have provided 2200hrs approx time of birth of your brother.

I am just putting example here.

[1]Twin-1 born at 07:30:05PM And

[2]Twin-2 born at 07:31PM on 14.03.1994,Behela,west Bengal,India.

Both the natives are male with their distinct feature & qualities.I just posted

Dear Neelam,

 

To gain something, proper efforts needs to be present. I doubt your brother

makes enough. His finance management also doesn't seem to be good, with

Ketu+Gulika in the dhana sthana, Jupiter exalted but retorgrade (he might think

himself to be be very good in managing, but....).

 

Moon under kemadruma yoga, without any planets on either side nor in kendras.

The only planet that is aspecting Moon is Saturn is from the 11nth house (elder

brother/sister)-dispositor of Sun (father).

 

He is going through Jupiter-Venus till Sep-2012. Though the period is very good

for the matter concerned, The aspect of Mars & Saturn to the 4th house will pose

many troubles/delays - basic of which shall be finance itself.

 

Transit of Jupiter through Meena & mesha should normally help him. But I am

skeptical about the Saturn occupying Meena & Rahu in Mesha. So

 

Either conduct a Navagraha shanti pooja or recite navagraha stotra regularly.

 

Kalachakra dasa is that of Thula sign where Ketu + Gulika is occupying. Also

between 5/6/10to 21/9/11 he will have his own house

 

4th lord Guru is uccha rasi but is vakri in D9 is with skra in the 7th both do

indicate good prosperity, assets but for the vakri state and sani's 10th aspect

on the 7th is a cause for delay will happen still in the said period and Guru's

stay in Meena itself

 

prayers to any form of Uma Maheswara, Malikarjuna, Brahmarimbika etc can help
