Regarding my sister's marriage... please help

My sister details are:

DOB : 18 Feb 1982

POB : Delhi

TOB : 11:55 PM

 

She is already 28 but still not married. Its really creating a lot of problems.

Kindly please let me know why there is a delay and by when she will be getting

married.
