It seems that the debt is may be due to, i) overspending. ii) inlaws-wife iii) brothers. other wise the combination of jup+Moon in house no 3 (mars+mer) is good as per your chart. to overcome the debt problem please do the following i) start giving rice in temple (100 gms) every thursday after mixing turmeric (haldi) and milk in it. (you have to make rice yellow by mixing haldi and milk in it before donating them in temple. ii) water peepal tree. iii) touch feet of priest of temple after giving him some money as donation.
