I'm a Software engineer and currently deployed in USA and was having no issues. All of sudden my company suggested that there was a bigger better opportunity that would help me grow and wanted to move me into this new account / client and things moves so fast that they haphazardly confirmed to my existing client that i would be pulled out on 4/23. All is fine but just now out of the blue my mgmt. says that the new oppurtunity may take time as things have changed on the new assignment. I am very worried and confused , whether I would loose my existing assignment and end up without a job if the new job does not click. Appreciate if the learned gurus look at my stars and let me know if I would be getting the promised new assignment or any other assignment after 4/23.
