dear vivek

 

whenever u get time please re check at your house or office you must be having

magnifying glass....................

 

the remedies are

 

i) keep 100 gms rice (uncooked) in temple (once in a week)

 

ii) give food to sadhu (religious person)

 

iii) touch feet of elderly ladies (mother)

 

iv) do surya namaskar daily.
