Guest guest Posted March 8, 2010 Report Share Posted March 8, 2010 Dear shri Rohiniranjan, I have only expressed my displeasure the way she has posted a quiz and more so she has mentioned that she wants to test the knowledge. I am only a learner and would be happy to be a learner and share if there is something worthwhile from my end. Any quiz related to astro topics can always be an opportunity to learn and share the interpretations. I have nothing against M/s.Lilly. My mail was only as an advise to her to be more careful while putting her mind by way of written msg. My view is that any quiz from the member shud go to the moderator and get it approved and get posted in the forum for members participation. And yet she remains hopeful and hasn't given up on her BELIEF that there is more to Divination that meets her eye and experience! I do not think she is testing, but just doing what best she can to find verification for her belief. She should take the BULL by its HORNS and begin learning astrology herself and she may find a few surprises -- pleasant ones, if she so chooses to do ... I know a FEW who did exactly that and never looked back. A curious mind is a terrible thing to waste, as they say! You may not agree, she may not agree, but that is human beings never find consensus! An extra quiz might not have been very consequential to the group.The only thing probably does not sound and coherent is to " quiz for all of you to practice, and also to test your knowledge " . Unfortunately she gives credence to her practical experience and make it as a base to quiz other knowledge. Also if she has taken up directly with the administrator and got the reply she must have considered the communication as addressed to her only. Such messages if they r let out through the Moderator would have made her stand much appreciable..certainly this way the group can not be tested at some body's own incidents happenings very day and subject the forum to unnecessary tasks. I am of the view,such approaches are fine if purpose involves some lessons as curriculalm and review by quiz. It can never be like that some one has put quiz and so iam also setting a quiz to prepare so as to test can never be appreciated. Reply to her message could have been thought as personal and could have remained silent.i do not know why all these further communication to mebers further?t . The more the merrier :-) And as I keep reminding all, the readers always have the choice to pay attention to the emails of interest and to ignore that which does not interest them :-) With a large forum like this, it would be difficult to control all the processes too rigidly.
