I don't even remember answering him except a few months back, he wanted to start a new business on his own, to which I had told him to start only in 2011. As for job, he can go for a semi-govt or govt sponsored firms. Sun is debilated in the dhana sthana. However in the bhava chart, Sun is in the lagna in the kendra of chara atma karaka jupiter. The navamsa lord of Sun - Mars is in the leo sign again indicating an association with govt position. Where as Mars is in the 10nth of lagna & 4th of chara atma karaka, thus aspecting its 10th.
