Given that member *Lilly* had suddenly surfaced from nowhere and she has been indeed a very noticeable presence sometimes as a learner, sometimes signing as AMMA and often posting rather intriguing notes and at times rather profound! She is an enigma wrapped in a puzzle that has shared a lot or little, as the case may be, here! And, after her recent venting about astrologers that she paid lots of hard-earned (I assume) money, and who did not serve her properly, I understand her frustration too! I generally do not like to make guesses, but I think she is experiencing an ambivalence! Deep within herself, she feels that divination, astrology is REAL and has TRUE potential and worth, but at the same time she has not seen anything that would seem to confirm that. And yet she remains hopeful and hasn't given up on her BELIEF that there is more to Divination that meets her eye and experience! I do not think she is testing, but just doing what best she can to find verification for her belief. She should take the BULL by its HORNS and begin learning astrology herself and she may find a few surprises -- pleasant ones, if she so chooses to do ... I know a FEW who did exactly that and never looked back. A curious mind is a terrible thing to waste, as they say! You may not agree, she may not agree, but that is human beings never find consensus!
