Guest guest
Today, I had some time on my hands and it was raining " Cats and Dogs " here and so rather than watching TV (Aastha channel, of course!), I chose to sample what was going around on Jyotish-Internet-Nalanda and other ones! It was sad what I saw, the politics of the friends, enemies! Alumni in a sense!! The enemies are generally represented by the VI house. The house that represents a loss of VI happens to be V and so some take that as the house of friends. Others think of XI as the house of friends, because XI happens to be VI from VI -- Sixth from sixth! Enemy's enemy has got to be the friend! But not necessarily! For a simple reason: In jyotish, we must never think of Friends and Gain in the same breath! A friend is not just for an earning or gain (XI) but really about one who when we meet, suddenly makes the enemies unimportant -- as if finding the friend meant suddenly a complete loss and absence of enemies! We ALL learn about love from " IV " -- where Ma lives in our horoscopes. And 'V' represents HER 'DHAN Bhav'! But XI lies in the VIII from the source of LOVE (4th) and yet, V and XI have this I-VII relationship, in jyotish fundamental terms! The kind of stuff that makes some of us understand and realize what jyotish is really about. Actually, Jyotish is much closer to life=Human experience and the people you experience and run into -- and if you are observant and not judgmental, there is much to learn. But you got to keep your eyes open and your heart too, both at the same time! Warm Regards, Rohiniranjan
