The kind of data alone is not enough to zero in on your birth time, without

which any sensibale predictions could not be made. It can only be based on moon

sign which does not fully represent what you have written.

 

However from what you have written, it is possible that your ascentant is Pisces

@ around 8.20am.

 

So try to present a better tob or atleast provide more data such as your
