My husband and I are planning to buy a house around July/August 2010. However, many times I have been told my 4th house is very much afflicted, and that I am not very lucky regarding property. In fact we do have a house in a another state which we tried to sell unsuccessfully, and had to rent it. Now we are renting where we are living, but really need a permanent roof over our heads. My question is, should we buy a house and will be able to buy a house around the time mentioned?
