A chart cast for SE (Not visible in India, still affects the nativities being a heavenly phenomena as you could make out from this interesting case study),on 29 March, 2006 at 15 :45 :09 at palakollu , AP reveals the SE point falling exactly on the degree occupied by the radical Ascendant lord Venus.
