Dear Dhanapal ji,

It is better to speak what we 'know', and not to speak about what

we don't. The only method to see light is to see light and nothing

else. The only method to hear sound is hear sound. The words can't

explain. The decriptions fail, because we don't know, even though

may have 'experienced(?)'.

So forget where kundalini is and start meditating. You will find

where it is, or is it there at all.

I usually refrain from speaking 'about' spirituality or yoga.

Because the discussion will go 'about' 'about' 'around' 'around' and

won't touch the core.

So my suggestion is to try any of the following methods to have a

taste of the original first-

1) Dynamic meditation of Osho

2) Sudarsana kriya of Ravisankar

3) Transidental meditation of Maharshi mahesh yogi

There are manay other similar good techniques as well, all of which

revolve around the same core, trying to give a taste of meditative

mood to anyone within a short span of time (with less effort). But

still these methods just takes one upto the gate only and not inside

the dom. (But if one is preapred this could happen naturally, then

and there itself). The point even these methods emphasis is,

meditation can not be taught. But try them, you may get an

instantanious taste and the questions will vanish.

Love,

Sreenadh
