Patel the author of widely acclaimed original contributions on various Nadi literature and Navamsa use has breathed his last on 14-Aug.-2007. I had the opportunity of knowing him for a short time and had the grace of spending some few memorable hours with him at his residence. This was made possible due efforts of a his sincere disciple and student. His well known original books were - Nadi Astrology, Nadi & Navamsha Astrology, Navamsha Astrology, Ashtakvarga, Arudha System of Prediction. There is tremendous scope for research on this explored principles. During his prime days, the most noted astrologers of that time had to " acknowledge " & " bow " {in broad higher sense of knowledge} to the quality stunning predictions he gave in public during those great astrologers conference or forums. He had to face lots of financial problem during his old days and his sustenance was something very pitiful. There are many of his learned disciples, who learnt from him, but rarely paid the tributes, that he deserved. I as a person inspired by his writings and humiility, pay my last respects to this great man, who literally changed our understanding of the subject Astrology through his writings and commentaries on various aspects including Nadi. Let his quest for knowledge embrace us all we were one with him in some moments when we shared his writings and thoughts. We where one with him in existence. Once we too will be in peace as he is we all have a lot in common.
