Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS, sometimes called Lou Gehrig's

Disease) is a progressive, fatal, neurodegenerative disease

caused by the degeneration of motor neurons.

The disorder causes muscle weakness and stops sending messages to

muscles. Unable to function, the muscles gradually weaken.

Eventually, the brain completely loses its ability to initiate and

control voluntary movement.

It all started a 6-8 months back with cough and difficulty in talking.

He went to doctor and they did lot of testing.

The test are coming normal but he has symptoms of ALS therefore

doctors are suspecting ALS.

He has two little children 4 year old and 2 year old. Everybody is

worried for his life.

We would like to know if he is going to be well or he has limited time

left.

Dear Pravin ji,

12th lord Venus Dasa running; Antar dasa is of Ra which can

indicate 'motor neurone diseases'; The depositor of Ra is Sa - and

the same is debilitated in the natal chart. The Antar Dasa of Ra is

from 5-3-2006 to 4-3-2009, taking ChandraHari Ayanamsa (46 min more

than lahari) and 365.2425 day solar year. Thus it should be concluded

that there is not much chance of the disease weakening its clutches

at least till March 2009. If treatment maintained, and further

strengthening of disease blocked at least to an extend till then;

there onwards the health will improve. Thus it essentially means that

the health condition is not under our control at least for 2 years

ahead; but rather destiny decides; and that too more in favor of the

disease. Keep up the treatment, resistance to disease and will power

during this worsening period. But if that period is covered there is

a good chance of better health. Hope this helps.
