Dear Souvik,

It is interesting to read those comments....but reading such comments

help the subject astrology anyway ?? When reading such comments, it

is essential to know who is the person commenting what does he know

about astrology and how much is he informed. Whether the person is

commenting for playing into gallery or something....

Let me honestly put my opinion, the otherside of the world has not seen

what astrology is or about. Though we may have given the names/title

of " religions " i.e. Christianity, Islam,..etc., but truly rarely they

have any detailed scriptures as much as we have.......every religion

talks about non-agression, but is it practised...?? Only India can

boast of NOT invading any country....in its entire history.

Let us not bother ourselves, what those comments are just keep

working....based on your own belief's...... the old saying goes - if you

decide, you have decided....so no argument, else, people will decide for

you what you should be doing !!

These are endless arguments and they would continue...for some more

time.{ may be forever}...I have gone through all this cycles....first

Indian method of cooking kills every thing....very high calorie {desi

ghee preparations}....spices are not good for " western bodies " ...this

was in 1960-70's....now the same western science now says....NO...Indian

cooking is good, chicken is good {recommended by American Cancer Society

on their website earlier}....steaming, boiling is good....retains

vitamins.....white butter is better than yellow salted butter.....desi

ghee has more de-oxidants ....{a positive form of fats}......indian

spices are good for cancer/heart...etc.. patients....so on so

forth.....UK is now going Gaga over Indian restaurants........vegetarian

food is good.....we have more vegetarians in west today than in

India....{i feel sometimes...}

My own prediction.....watch.... " Indianism " would only increase in

future

Earlier, westerners did not believe in re-birth, now they accept the

fact that child is born with pre-intelligence.....{psychologists have

passed a resolution in one of the international forums earlier...- TWO

decades back...}....however, they are adamant to accept our

concepts...because it is eastern cheap things...so they are working on

genetics...which we have long classified them in our way ....called

GOTHRA..etc...

So, let us not get diverted.... & lose our focus.......

They would re-invent the wheel that knowledge also is about going in

ROUND....i.e. Zeros....

Majority of the modern and developed world today believes that no one

other than themselves is responsible for their actions.

Unless otherwise proven wrong with solid evidence from the scientific

community today, they would never be convinced.

This is pretty much evident from the BBC link.

thats right... Astrology can give only probability of happening. It does not give guarentee... If astrology is really true, then man cant keep their eyes away from it for longer. Howcome physics, chemicstry, maths, and biology is taught in schools but not astrology ? Howcome astrology is really limited to handful of people ? Dear Sirs, I feel the Astrology is really true, but not the astrologers. Astrology is a Divine Science, I believe, because it is a Vedangam and known and practised since ages together. Only thing is that the practitioners of this science are not true or the details like time/date/place required for this practice is not true. And people with half knowledge are proclaiming that their word is true.
