Moon lagna seems stronger in the chart and there is Ju's aspect on 6th, which contains Ve, Ma, Me. And Ju is causing Hamsa Mahapurusha yoga in 10 hse. Ju dasha is operative both ways (lagna and chandra). Position ( pratisthaa ) does come but the capacity to retain that is severely damaged by the vitiation of the lagna lord (ironically, also chandra lagna lord). The othr irony is, if we take chandra lagna to be stronger than the lagna lord, again Ve is in 11th from lagna. Both ways lagna lord falls in the non-virtuous grip of 'tree, sat, aaya' (here 6 and 11). Incidentally they are incrementally divorced from satwa guna. More than a bhrasta yogi there is the above-mentioned yoga bhanga. Hamsa Yoga woefully lacks the fundamental support of lagna to let the Hamsa kind of yoga flourish. Upachaya sure but 6 and 11 spoil by accentuating thirst. There is a lot of trisNa in this birth. That to me appears to be a far cry from a possible bhrasta yogi. That is my take on that aspect of the chart.
