Unless and until we all rise to the level of a yogi, we are all bound by destiny. Again, to become a yogi, that also must be destined. Ultimately it is all play of Shakti. Nobody knows why she does all these. Why should there be a reason for a child playing? It just enjoys itself playing. Similarly, this is a non-stop play.
