Hello there, It is indeed so refreshing to see some sense of decency and clarity in thinking coming back to this site, after such an acrimoniuous exchange of HOT words, and rather nasty commenst that don't mean anything. I guess there will always be someone willing to put up a fistifight for the sake of making a point. However, there is so much uncertainty about the epics such as Ramayana, Valimkis' background and the sources get so clouded. It is better to accept these poetic masterpieces and take the best out of them. To dissect and cross analyze the sources or their authenticity would be so futile, since in many cases, there will be always some revisionist historians, wantin to lay stress on "their" viewpoints. The more powerful kings and their associates tend to obfuscate the eternal truth- that man tends to be mostly wanting to wield power by whatever means, This is the season of navarathri, and Durga Puja and soon

the Deepavali, and its festivities. Let us bury the hatchets and prepare to smile and forgive the trespasses of others. Just say Good wishes and Happy Tidings and the best of Seasons greetings. babu krishnan Framingham Massachusetts USA ayeshathyabali <ayeshathyabali wrote: Hi Dear,You are so right, yes, leave the erotic figures and all alone. Dear Mr. Kaul, I am your old friend G.K.Goel, We were used to meet in Sagar Publication. I always wished and thought that you will change and mellowed down with time.. I find no change in you. YOU only demand from others and refuse to learn. you are always in angry mood, trying to impose your views on others. In the chapter on Vibhuties , Lord Krishna says, 'Among Pandavas , I am Arjuna. No where it is mentioned or even implied that Arjuna is God incarnate. He represents NARA .
