Guest guest
Venus is the only planet that has affinity with both the Dragon's Head and the Dragon's Tail. It is friends to them and vice versa. None of the other six true planets share this privilege. Even Jupiter is a friend to Rahu but Rahu is neutral to it - so the friendship is one direction only. (This again shows Rahu works well in both Gemini and Saggittarius : another sign of evidence that assigning rulership based on opposite signs criterion only for these shadowy planets is fallicious. Other evidence was used as well in assigning rulerships for Ketu and Rahu in my previous blog and not just based on diagonal signs) Why this privilege for Venus? Venus loves Rahu as they both share the rulership of Taurus. Venus also loves Ketu as Venus exalts in Psices and Ketu rules Pisces. No wonder Venus in a Vedic chart can soften the unorthodoxy effects of Rahu and Ketu - the obsessiveness and dissolution effects respectively. Truly as Venus rules relationships, it is only when we have found a life partner, that our lives are stabilised and the demons of loneliness and mental problems can be greatly solved. Guest guest
Jupiter / Ketu combination is very good in an unworldly sense. Sukra though the respected " daityaguru " of rahu & ketu, is more compatible with Rahu than with Ketu. This is slightly ironical as Ketu is supposed to represent emotions and Sukra is feminine tatva which we closely associate with emotions.--- On Mon, 25/2/08, hockleongk <hockleongk wrote: hockleongk <hockleongk Venus and Rahu and Ketu Date: Monday, 25 February, 2008, 10:12 PM Venus is the only planet that has affinity with both the Dragon's Headand the Dragon's Tail. Guest guest
In my blog discussion on Rahu and Ketu, I forgot to mention that Rahu is better in Aires and Ketu in Libra. Aires is the sign of individualism and accords Rahu full concentrative power. Ketu being not so assertive in its rights deals better in Libra. But Ketu in Libra is still not a good placement because in relationships, you have to work out the contract systematically on how the relationship is going to evolve (even in m marriage there is the marriage vow). Hence Saturn's exaltation in Libra. Whether Venus gets along better with Rahu than with Ketu (although my opinion she gets along with both) is another matter. In Vedic Astrology sign placement of planets is quite a different issue from the issue of determining the outcome of association between two planets although most of the time they are the same. , " s g " <sg.1000 wrote: > > So what will be the effect of rahu placed being in Libra?
