Guest guest
If you lived in a country or nation, your choice of stay within that piece of land is dependant on the kind of planets you have in each of the directions. So for example, Ascendant is the East, 2nd House is the East-East-North, 3rd House is the East-North-North, 4th House is the North etc. right up to the 11th House which is the South-South-East and the 12th House which is the South-East-East. If you have beautiful Venus on the Ascendant in Pushya, then I suggest you should shift to the eastern part of the country or nation. No question on that! But of course Venus itself must be ruling beneficial houses (not the Trik Houses of course!). You then go on to anlyse each of the planet's health in each of the houses to determine the best location to stay within the country or nation. In addition, for ALL nations, each directional location generally conforms to the expectations that Vedic astrologers have with regards to that House characteristics. So countries southern tip are usually their most propserous business district. Examples include England (south is London), China (south is Kwantung and Hong Kong), Australia (south is Sydney), Peninsular Malaysia (south is Singapore), Sri Lanka (south is Colombo), Nordic countries (south is Oslo, Helsinki and the Swedish capital - i can't remember the name) etc. These are places where formal businesses are done and the country's lifeline economy depends on. Of course you may argue north of China is Beijing and Shanghai, aren't they places of commerce? Yes, in a way. But they are traditional cities (notice the 4th House rules ancestry effects). But Hong Kong is the true commercial centre now under a unified China. That is why China is always eyeing the possibility of opening and expaning Hong Kong even further, even though currently it is considered propserous in terms of world ranking of the cities. And believe it or not, most of the universities of a state, country or nation is situated in the South-South-West. Singapore for example NUS is situated in that direction. Not much hawker food or centres of commerce there, but those who live are generally well off like lecturers who have to go overseas for their occupations (they seldom stay in their houses)!
