Dear Mr. Ceserres ji,

Would request you to kindly go through the two books on Professions by Col. Gour of BVB, New Delhi. { (1)Professions, (2) Professions & Career = if my memory serves me right} They analysis of Dashamansa Charts are is presented in a understanding manner.

Astro_Classics mentioned the effect of each planet in its respective navamsa and the meaning to be derived on the same.

There are different school of thoughts. One which treats Varga as a separate independent chart where one can see the aspects, ...just like natal chart.... other school thinks vargas or amsa positions are in respective houses itself......

Think for a moment, {pure hypothetical case} Saturn in natal chart say in Gemini Sign, its navamsa is in Libra sign, but its dashamsa is in say Aries sign. Navamsa is seen for say "spouse" .....read it accordingly. Dashamsa is for profession or career.....so a planet is good for marriage but not good for career...i.e. may create problem or ...etc...

As per astro_classics, Natal chart is given 3.5 points, navamsha is 3.0 points, dashamansha is 1.0 point.....so generally natal & navamsa are seen & read together.

Example : Natal chart is for self, Navamsa is for wife, Dashamasa is for career.....= is a incorrect method.....when talking of any subject or parameter....that varga or amsa position w.r.t. natal chart is a must for making a prediction.

Further there is an excellent 30 pages {or so} Research Article by Mr. Raghunath Nemani on Dashamsa based on SJC school of thought. You can do a google search and find it. It is free.

Background: Mr. Raghunath Nemani is popular astro earlier seen in VA forums, then in Astrology Timing & Events groups, Jyotish Remedies group, Jyotish Group {in descending order of prominence}, originally an ardent promoter of astrology & also SJC school of thought, learnt some astro_techniques from Mr. Ramadoss Rao, who in turn is a student of Mr. R.G. Rao of Bangalore of nadi fame { or frame}, later learnt KP System under a famous astro_guru, has his own web site www.prasnaastrology.com {if my memory is correct} and has been many free readings during his free time or leisure permits.....

So I have replied to

a. meaning b. Objectives c. methodologyd. significance

Dear Mr. Ceserres ji,

I suggestion would be that you first join some astrology course in a

place near to you, to expect everything in this lists or internet, would

be asking too much.

1. there is not meaning for a degree

2. There is no impact only influence

3. No ebook available unless you want to be on the wrong side of

copyright

The SJC group has plenty of material on every conceivable astro_topic &

subject, kindly get in touch with them....they would be able to guide

you better...for they have many things alreay put on a CD and sold by

their SJC offices
