Lt. Gov David A Patterson in place of disgraced Mr.Elliot Spitzer

Friends,

Lt. Gov David Patterson who was born in Long Island Newyork on 20th

May 1954 , time of birth not known.

He is totally blind in left eye, partially blind in the right eye.

He is not only a lawyer but a degree holder in politics. He

completed his education in 1982. He became Lt. Governor of Newyork in

2006.

His father was a prominent poli tical black leader in his own rights.

He will become the first African American governor of Newyork.

Paterson is married to Michelle Paige Paterson and the couple has two

daughters.He is the first born to his parents.

With the above facts in mind, I cast a tentetive chart of David

Patterson with Capricorn ascendent (Birth time was approximated at

11.30 pm)

1) His blindness in left eye.....Mark Moon Mars and Rahu in 12th the

the left eye.

2) Mark Venus in 6th which again denotes weak/blind eye.

3) He is the eldest child.....Mark 11th lord Mars in 12th with Rahu

and 7th lord Moon and fully aspected by exalted retro Sani.

4) He got married late ....Mark Rahu, Mars and Moon in 12th

aspected by Sani. He got married in 1992 (TBOMK) as he is reported

to be married for 16 years.So it puts marriage time in Kuja Dasa

Guru bhukti. Kuja in Shayya sukha sthana and Guru with Rahu and

Sukra.

5) He has two daughters.....Mark Sun and Mercury in 5th in Vrishabha

a stree rasi.

The problem is now his being in high post in government.

Can we justify Rahu being a yoga karaka?

If we take his janma lagna to be in Kataka Rasi, then all answers are

there.

Can we take Kataka As the janma Lagna ?

What is the opinion of other learned members?

My personal opinion will be Kataka suits best.

Should we also look for Vipareeta Rajayoga in chart. I recall Narasimha Rao having such yoga.

Mr Patterson became governor because of fall of the sitting governer.

Also I would like to ask you and other learned members for combinations/yogas for preceipitous fall. Mr. Spitzer's chart should show that. I had discussion long time ago with a fellow jyotishi and I vaguely remember him mentioning that rahu in 10th from karakamsha can lead to fall from high post. Not sure whether anyone has had experience with such combination.
