They were ordained as Buddhist monks about 7 or 8 years ago. 1. The elder one: 6th December 1987 @ 1.30 PM in Matale, Sri Lanka 2. The younger one: 6th December 1987 @ 2.40 Pm in Matale, SL The mother had not been aware that she was carrying twins until the delivery of the 2nd. Firsty the elder twin was ordained as a monk. Then the younger twin made it a habit to go and hide in the temple against the wishes of his father. Sometimes the father had to drag him home by force. But that did not stop the young boy to look for his ordained 'sansara' companion in the temple. Father's attempts to keep him at home had been a futile effort. Then the chief monk of the temple had asked father to ordain the younger twin as well. So 'destiny' took control over their lives from the father. They are at different temples now. Meet occassionally.
